We say we're REDEFINING GLUTEN-FREE™ because our products will give you the same great taste and texture as other premium baked goods found in today’s marketplace. We promise to satisfy the most discriminating palate!
We’ve replaced the gluten (refined flour) with heart-healthy almond meal, legumes, fruits, and vegetables that add extra fiber and protein. We use all-natural ingredients, and organic whenever possible. Some of our treats have reduced fat or no added fat. Many are also lactose-free.
We bake all of our delicious desserts in small batches to assure high quality.
